phspark is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. phspark may suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phspark login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. phspark will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phspark support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phspark currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). There is no maximum deposit limit, though phspark reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large transactions in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. phspark does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. phspark reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited via a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method.
All transactions on the phspark Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phspark is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

phspark does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phspark reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.
phspark reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification.
You may close your phspark account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
phspark reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phspark will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Any dispute arising between you and phspark shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter, including PAGCOR where applicable.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent phspark from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
